Before you ask
Do we have to replace our e-commerce platform?
No. Ino Loyalty plugs into what you run: apps for Shopify and ikas, connectors for SAP Commerce Cloud and Akinon, and an API for POS, ERP and mobile apps.
Can marketing run campaigns without IT?
Yes. Campaigns are built in five guided steps, tested on a sample basket and published by your team. IT sets up the connection once.
How do members see their points?
In your store (a Rewards panel and a My Rewards page), on an Apple Wallet card and through any channel you connect.
What about KVKK and GDPR?
Consents are recorded per member, and the privacy desk handles erasure requests end to end, keeping only the anonymised financial records the law requires.
Do you only sell software?
No. We also deliver CRM implementation projects on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and connect loyalty to them.
